The Murfreesboro Parks and Rec Department is preparing for the start of summer, which means we’re not far off from the opening of one of Rutherford County’s best swimming spots, Boro Beach!
Located in Sports Com at 2310 Memorial Boulevard in Murfreesboro, the official opening date for the popular outdoor pool will take place Saturday, May 28 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Boro Beach outdoor swimming pool is outfitted with two giant water slides, a splash pad, climbing wall, floating bridge and more. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the on-site concession stand.
Also, a special event entitled Memorial Day Madness will be held on Monday, May 30 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The outdoor pool party is open to the public and will feature music throughout the day, in addition to lots of fun activities, games and prizes for children and teens.
Boro Beach Admission is $7 for adults and only $5 for children. Season passes are $120 adults; $100 youth, senior, military; $275 family.

Summer Camps
