Clifford barks into town next month at the Discover Center at Murfree Spring. In celebration of the new exhibit opening, the Discovery Center hosts a one-day only event. However, you want to sign up now before seats fill up because there is limited space. Breakfast with Clifford takes place Saturday, Sept. 22 beginning at 9 a.m. Visit with Clifford the Big Red Dog and enjoy a ”bone-appetite” catered breakfast before the museum opens. Afterward, join the big red dog and all his friends as they board the Birdwell Island Ferry and have some “paws-on” fun. Active Discovery Center members get early “Bird Dog” registration now through Friday, Aug. 10. Cost is $5 per person for everyone for the breakfast. Non-members must also pay general admission. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, too. Purchase tickets online.
