Relax and renew as you sit in an adult or children’s salt room at the new Breathe Easy Salt Rooms in Murfreesboro, set to open Friday, Dec. 1. Salt therapy provides relief of respiratory issues and skin conditions, enhances athletic performances, boosts the immune system and improves an overall sense of well-being. Adult therapy sessions last 45 minutes, and you can enjoy the room with a group or book a private session. The children’s therapy room has a beach theme. Sessions also last 45 minutes, and kids can play in the salt box with other “salty” toys. Moms and dads can join them.
