This ensures that the restaurant implements extensive employee awareness, menu support and proper processes for dealing with various food allergies, including celiac disease. In addition, the new Allergen Menu clearly labels items as containing or not containing gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, tree nut, peanut, soy, fish and shellfish.
