Dive into a big slice of yummy pie at when the new Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop over on 5050 Carothers Pkwy. This down-home pie shop creates scratch made small and regular sized pies, ice cream, cookies and more. They use a few natural ingredients, too.
For now, the new shop carries five of the signature pie flavors: The I-40, Pecan, Chewy Chocolate Chip, Key Lime, Buttermilk Custard as well as Vanilla Thumbprint Cookies. Hopefully it will expand to meet that of the Murfreesboro locations. Varieties in Murfreesboro include Chocolate Chess, Edisto Key Lime, Peanut Butter Creme, Buttermilk, Nanny’s Pecan, Granny’s Apple, Chewy Chocolate Chip and more. Don’t forget to try the thumbprint cookies or the Cloud 9. With the Cloud 9, you pick your favorite mini pie and a scoop of ice cream gets mixed in. Sounds good, right?!
