Brentwood families, get ready to savor the flavor. Holler & Dash Biscuit House's new menu this month if busting out the goodness. The first new menu item is “BYOB” — “build your own bowl.” Guests choose a biscuit, grits or salad as the base. Then, select your favorites like the Kickback Chicken with fried chicken, goat cheese, pepper jelly and scallions. New additions include the Kung Wow Chicken with chicken carnitas, miso ginger vinaigrette and a cilantro-peanut relish.

One of the unique new dessert menu items includes the biscuit ice cream sandwiches. Choose from either the Buttermilk-Bourbon Crunch or the Blueberry Bam Jam. Both include the High Road Craft buttermilk ice cream as well as a sprinkling of cereals. But, if you want to go for the wow, get yourself a cake push-pop (Sweet Kick-Up Pops). The Chocolate Leche Twist is a chocolate brownie with milk jam, chocolate buttercream and pretzel crunch. The Birthday Bliss pop is a pound cake with vanilla buttercream and sprinkles.
Chef Frohne introduces new builds like the Hey! Ho! Avocado! with grilled avocado, whipped feta cheese, tahini yogurt and marinated herbs. Of course, you should also try the It’s About Swine with pork carnitas, green tomato salsa verde, crunchy tortilla strips and pickled onion. Each bowl comes with a choice of two sides from options such as roasted sweet potatoes with ginger, orange and sesame; swiss chard and apple slaw; and tots with Hollerback sauce.
“We always welcome an open dialogue with our Holler & Dash communities. Brentwood asked, and we’re delivering," said Holler & Dash COO, Mike Chissler, in a press release. "We encourage our guests to customize their meal to be as individual and diverse as they are themselves. We couldn’t be more excited to take this next step.”
