Where Every Family Matters

Celebrate Library Card Sign-Up Month

Three new cardholders added this month can win a gift basket with goodies from local businesses!

September is National Library Card Sign-Up Month, and libraries across the country including Williamson County Public Library — are encouraging folks to stop in and get their own library card.

The benefits of a library card extend far beyond just entertainment and educational resources. With a library card, you can have access to not just physical books, but also e-books, audiobooks, movies, music and more.

Libraries also offer a sense of community and a space for people of all ages to connect with others. Library Card Sign-Up Month is a great opportunity to encourage friends and family to get their own library cards. Simply visit your local library and fill out an application or start with an online application available on wcpltn.org.

As an added incentive, the library will select three new cardholders added in the month of  September to win a gift basket with goodies from local businesses.

Please contact Williamson County Public Library at 615-595-1250 for more information.
