The holiday season is arriving in Nashville in a big way: The Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan is making its first stop of the season at Gaylord Opryland Resort on Thursday, November 5, bringing plenty of festive fun for families.
The famous red Coca-Cola truck will make its debut during Gaylord Opryland’s annual Lighting Ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Thursday. After the ceremony, families will have three days to enjoy the Holiday Caravan and its free activities.
From Friday, November 6, through Sunday, November 8, visitors can stop by the Delta Portico between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. to enjoy interactive experiences, Coca-Cola product samples, special giveaways and photo opportunities with the iconic Coca-Cola Polar Bear.
The Nashville stop kicks off Coca-Cola’s national Holiday Caravan tour, which will visit eight resorts as part of a new holiday collaboration between The Coca-Cola Company, Gaylord Hotels and select JW Marriott Resorts.

The Caravan’s arrival also coincides with the opening weekend of Gaylord Opryland’s popular ICE! featuring Home Alone, opening Friday, November 6.
This holiday tradition features more than 2 million pounds of ice transformed into incredible holiday scenes, walk-through displays and two-story ice slides. Master artisans from Harbin, China, hand-carve the elaborate ice sculptures each year.
Families looking to make their holiday visit extra special can also check out the new Coca-Cola Christmas Suites. These limited-time themed accommodations feature immersive Christmas décor, a themed Christmas tree, Coca-Cola keepsakes, in-room Coca-Cola products, seasonal treats and four tickets to ICE!
