Kool Kids Voice Acting, founded by voice actress, Elle Boone, is a one of its kind, full service education center that provides fun and unique voice acting education to kids between the ages of 7 and 17, that enables them experience success in the industry and success in life. We also coach parents on the business side of the voiceover industry.
KKVA is headquartered in Franklin, TN and is international in presence. We are a for-profit, socially conscious, and inclusive community that inspires and empowers artistically inclined youth through the spirit of play, building solid communication skills, and critical work ethic.
Not only do we teach kids the art of voice acting through script interpretation, how to cold read, character development, mic technique and studio etiquette, but they’ll also get the added benefit of have significantly increased confidence, improved reading comprehension, they begin to understand the power of their own voice, and learn how to become better communicators. Plus they learn how to have healthy external relationships with adults outside of the family and school systems.
Through the self-confidence building and self-awareness the kids experience, those on the professional track here at our KKVA Academy, also learn the art of professionalism and responsibility, as well as the discipline and work ethic that is necessary to become a professional.
We provide virtual and in-person group classes as well as virtual private lessons. We also offer full demo production services to kids who train with us. Programs are designed for both fun and experimentation. Our high-level professional track through our Academy program is for those who are committed to supporting their child into voiceovers as a career path.
Our in-person group classes and demo production services are held at the world renowned Dark Horse Recording Studio in Franklin, TN and at City Vox Recording Studios in New York, NY.
To help maximize the return on your investment, with our extensive business experience and knowledge, we also educate the parents on the business side of the industry. We will coach you every step of the way, from setting up a home studio, how and where to get work, how to get agency representation, the union, child labor laws, how to record and edit your child’s auditions, plus much more.
Our Academy track also includes free memberships for the kids at voiceover exclusive booking sites we’ve partnered with, customized demo production (a necessity for entry into the industry) and top agency introductions for each child.
