The Discovery Center at Murfree Spring recently announced the 32nd annual Secret Garden Party. Hosted at the home of Kathy and Bud Horsley in Murfreesboro on Friday, June 7th, from 6:30 to 10 p.m., all proceeds support the Discovery Center’s mission to provide essential adventures for every child’s journey through interactive programming and exhibits.
The party is chaired by Rebecca Provow and Kori Vagner. Guests will enjoy a dinner prepared by Five Senses Catering and a silent auction. This year’s event will also feature a VIP cocktail hour for event sponsors at 5:30 p.m.
“The Secret Garden Party represents the heart of our community—a testament to our shared commitment to providing enriching experiences for children,” said Tara MacDougall, President and CEO of the Discovery Center. “We are deeply grateful to be able to continue this Murfreesboro tradition and for the support of our hosts, Kathy and Bud Horsley, whose generosity helps make this special evening possible.”
“The Secret Garden Party isn’t just an evening of fun; it’s an investment in the future of our children,” said Lindsey Jennings, the Discovery Center’s Vice President of Philanthropy. “Every ticket purchased, and every auction item bid on directly supports our efforts to create interactive exhibits and programs that inspire curiosity and lifelong learning.”
