Where Every Family Matters

Disney Immersive Event Extended in Nashville

Wander through the magical worlds of Disney animators, now extended through Aug. 13, 2023.

Lighthouse Immersive and Walt Disney Animation have officially extended the Disney Animation Immersive Experience at Lighthouse ArtSpace (4416 Ridgefield Way, Nashville) through Aug. 13, 2023.

Creating iconic animated stories for all ages for nearly a century, Walt DisneyAnimation Studios joins forces with North America experiential projection exhibitions (including Immersive Van Gogh) to present the music and artistry within Disney Animation’s canon of films — from hits of today like Encanto, Zootopia and Frozen, to all of the classics including The Lion King, Peter Pan and Pinocchio. Audiences feel like they’ve entered the worlds of beloved Disney characters.

Lighthouse Immersive founder Corey Ross describes how the exhibit begins: “Just imagine journeying through Zootopia with Judy Hopps, diving to the ocean floor with Ariel, flying on a magic carpet with Aladdin, and stepping into Casita with Mirabel and the family Madrigal. This is where the Disney Animation Immersive Experience will take you.”

Additional features for the extended Disney Immersive Experience:

  • responsive floor projection design that moves with the audience
  • custom bracelets that light up in sync with the projections and based on the audiences’ movements through the galleries
  • the Gazillion Bubbles special effects team fills the 500,000 cubic feet of galleries with bubbles

Tickets are on sale now at lighthouseimmersive.com/Disney.
