Portland Christmas Festival and Parade

Main Street activities in downtown Portland begin at 3 p.m., including food vendors, live music, cookie decorating, visit with Santa and the City’s tree lighting (after the parade)! The parade begins at 5 p.m. on Freedom Drive and travels south on Highway 109 to Portland East Middle School. This year’s theme is “Have a Holly Dolly Christmas.”
