Celebrate the 4th of July with a night of science, sparkles, and skyline views at Adventure Science Center (800 Fort Negley Blvd, Nashville) from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Explore the science center after hours, catch a Live Science show (or two), and then head out to the lawn to enjoy Nashville’s spectacular fireworks — no downtown crowds required. Event admission is $45 for adults and $35 for children between the ages of 2 and 12. Members receive $10 off!
