United Way Storybook Breakfast

The sixth annual MMC Pediatrics fundraising event comes on Saturday, March 7 to Overall Creek Elementary School (429 Otter Trl., Murfreesboro) with two sessions at 8:30 a.m. or 10 a.m. Families will enjoy interacting with popular storytime characters, including Pete the Cat; Bluey; Curious George; Peter Rabbit; and the Berenstain Bears. Participants will also enjoy breakfast, crafts, a storytime with Linebaugh Library, photo opportunities with storybook characters and other family-fun activities. Tickets for the event are $15 per person, $60 per household.
8:30-9:30 a.m. entry OR 10 – 11 a.m. entry
- Meet, interact with, and take photos with all seven storybook characters
- Enjoy breakfast for the whole family,
- Participate in multiple character-related crafts, led by volunteers
- Enjoy storytime with local volunteer readers
- Explore the new Bookmobile and check out a library book from the Linebaugh Library
- Sign up for a free library card with Linebaugh Library
9:30 – 10 AM
All attendees are invited to enjoy a storytime with Linebaugh Library! There will be stories, songs, and a puppet show to engage littles of all ages.
