Relax in a mini pool of salt water as your stress levels melt away at the new Float Alchemy. This community wellness center offers floatation therapy, cryotherapy, a sauna studio, massage therapy and more. Most services are available to ages 14 and older, too.
“Floatation therapy allowed me to live with less pain and more fun after living with chronic pain for 26 years,” says Owner Amy Grimes. “In 2013, I opened the first floatation therapy center in Nashville. I’m thrilled to bring this, along with several other natural therapies, to Murfreesboro.”
