Where Every Family Matters

Franklin Classical School Finds Permanent Home

Located in the Cool Springs area of Franklin, the new location is a 65,466 square foot, three-story building situated on 6.34 acres.

After three decades of searching for a permanent home, Franklin Classical School has finally found its place to grow.

The private college-preparatory institution recently acquired a 65,466 square foot building in Franklin’s Cool Springs area, marking the end of a long journey that saw the school move from building to building since its founding 33 years ago. With the support of NAI Nashville Stanton Group, the school secured 1021 Windcross Court — a three-story facility on over six acres that promises to provide the stability and space needed to support its mission of classical Christian education for kindergarten through 12th grade students.

“From our first meeting with Franklin Classical School, we knew this would be a highly collaborative process,” said Ben Claybaker, CCIM, Principal at NAI Nashville Stanton Group. “By working closely with key stakeholders, we sought to fully understand the school’s vision and unique challenges. For 33 years, the school moved from building to building in search of a permanent home that could support its growth and long-term goals. After evaluating multiple properties, 1021 Windcross Court stood out as the ideal solution.”
