The Franklin Cowboys will hold their annual Youth Football Camp June 13-16 from 6 – 7:30 p.m. each day at the Cowboys Complex in Jim Warren Park (705 Boyd Mill Ave, Franklin, TN 37064). The camp is available for ages 5-14.
Campers will be taught the latest, safest approaches to tackle football utilizing USA Football Heads Up Tackling and Blocking taught by USA certified coaches.
Campers will experience limited contact, with instruction focused on fun and fundamentals. It’s an introductory camp for first-time players who want to try out tackle and a perfect opportunity for experienced players who want to get ready for the upcoming season. Campers will receive a free Cowboys camp t-shirt, will be equipped with helmets and shoulder pads courtesy of the Cowboys and will be able to compete for prizes in competitive camp games.
Franklin Cowboys coaches will be joined by local high school players and coaches and special guests.
