Gracie Barra Murfreesboro Jiu-Jitsu offers a Free Anti-Bullying Seminar that’s open to everyone. It takes place Saturdays, Oct. 20, 27 and Nov. 3 from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m., however, space is limited. Sign up today to come to one class or all. Participants learn how to recognize and prevent bullying and learn the basics of Jiu-Jitsu and self defense. Walk away with knowledge of how to recognize bullying, to stop and walk away, to standup to bullies and to protect yourself.
