Barnabas Vision is having a coat giveaway on Thursday, January 26 from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. The coats are free for those who lack the ability to buy a coat. Coats will be available in multiple sizes for adults and children, thanks to local residents who donated them.
The organization is located at 141 MTCS Road, between Memorial Boulevard and Northfield Boulevard near Haynes Hardware.
According to David Coggin with Barnabas Vision, “If you still need a coat for this winter it’s not too late to come and get one. Please feel free to stop by our office at 141 MTCS Rd. on January 26th anytime between 1:30pm and 3:30pm.”
The annual coat giveaway has been one of the long-time missions that Barnabas has spearheaded in the Murfreesboro area. The coats are utilized by those who would otherwise be coatless during the cold months of December through March.
If you are unable to attend the upcoming event but need a winter coat, you are encouraged to contact David Coggin at david@thebarnabasvision.org, or stop by their office during normal business hours.
