Who says football’s a sport just for boys? Girls like playing, too, and on Saturday, July 30, girls ages 5 – 14 can enjoy a free day of picking up football skills with the Music City Mizfits girls’ football team.
The team hosts its inaugural Young Ladies Football Camp where participants will learn basic football skills, drills and concepts taught by players and coaches from the Mizfits and the Derby City Dynamite.
Girls should wear tennis shoes or cleats, shorts and T-shirts. Water and snacks are provided, and all campers will get a free Mizfits T-shirt, too.
