Where Every Family Matters

Free Movies at Academy Park

Who loves munching popcorn and catching a good flick on a big screen? Everybody! And it’s even better when it’s free. Get your family into the spirit of the season by taking them to”Elf” on December 15 at the Williamson County Performing Arts & Enrichment Center (Academy Park). The center offers free movies every month, but this month’s wax a bit seasonal. Coming up on Dec. 27 is “Night at the Museum,” and on the 29th, “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.”
    Doors open at 6 p.m and the movie starts at 6:30 p.m. Seating is limited! Concessions are available.
    Academy Park is located at 112 Everbright Avenue in Franklin. Parking is available behind the Franklin Library & the Enrichment Center on Granbury Street. For more information, call 615-786-0186.
