Learning is made fun for preschoolers at Historic Mansker’s Station through its Pioneer Pals program. It’s a weekly series for children ages 3 – 5 teaching them letters and numbers through a variety of activities including stories, crafts, games and other fun. Pretty cool, right? What’s even better is that the program is FREE! We love that! Pioneer Pals takes place Thursdays at 11 a.m. October’s lineup kicks off with a nod to a beloved bat:
OCT. 4: STELLALUNA
Explore bats while learning letter B and number 5.
OCT. 11: LET’S PLAY DRESS-UP
Enter a world of make-believe through hands-on activities that help you understand the people in your neighborhood. Learn letter D and number 6.
OCT. 18: CAMOUFLAGE
Dress for a mess to explore the world of “hidden” animals. Learn letter C and number 7.
OCT. 25: PUMPKIN FUN
Stories, games and crafts, all with a festive pumpkin theme. Learn letter P and number 8.
Historic Mansker’s Station is located at 705 Caldwell Drive, Goodlettsville. While the Pioneer Pals program is free, advance registration is required.
