Get Into the Christmas Spirit With Dolly Parton’s Virtual Concert This Friday

Amazon Music has partnered with Dolly Parton for a special virtual Christmas event featuring live performances and a Q&A.

Dolly Parton will perform music from her latest record and participate in a live Q&A with fans this Friday, November 13 at 12 p.m. CT / 1 p.m. ET.

Billed as "Dolly Parton's Comin' Home for Christmas," the event will be hosted by Emmy Award winning actor, Leslie Jordan, on Amazon Music’s Twitch channel, within the Amazon Music mobile app via Twitch, and on Amazon.com/live.

The experience will help promote a good cause as Amazon Music and Amazon Live have collaborated with Parton to raise awareness for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a nonprofit that mails free children's books to families in need. The livestream will include a link for viewers interested in learning more about the organization.

"The memories of home and the joy that surrounds the holiday season made Comin' Home for Christmas the perfect title for this very special event with Amazon Music,” Dolly Parton shared in the press release announcing Friday's event. “Even though this year has in many ways kept us apart from one another, I hope this special will bring us all together!"

In anticipation of the virtual event, you can shop Dolly Parton’s Amazon Music store to find exclusive items such as shirts, hoodies, and phone accessories. As a bonus, Amazon Music is also unveiling two exclusive tracks from A Holly Dolly Christmas, “The Wishbook” and “Three Candles," along with Parton's new 8-track and cassette for A Holly Dolly Christmas, each including a special track.
