Connectus is a non-profit community healthcare organization founded on the values of compassion, wellness, community and culturally sensitive care. Our staff and facilities help manage the healthcare of the entire family and community, including individuals who are underinsured or lack insurance.

At Connectus Health, we are dedicated to providing affordable, high quality healthcare that is designed around you and your healthcare needs. Connectus utilizes the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model of care. A Patient-Centered Medical Home allows you to personalize your care plans, supports better understanding and monitoring of prescription medications, provides tailored healthcare coaching and advice and creates stronger relationships with your healthcare team and other community resources. The greatest benefit of the PCMH model of care is that it puts YOU at the center of your care and allows you to work alongside your healthcare team to reach your healthcare goals.
Connectus Midwifery & Women’s Health at our Vine Hill, Priest Lake & Lenox Village locations offer a full range of women’s health services, including:
- Prenatal, delivery, and pediatric care
- Birth planning assistance
- Integrated behavioral health and psychiatric services on-site
- On-call midwife available after hours
- Family planning
- Contraceptive care
- Gynecological procedures
- Preventative services, including annual exams
- General gynecological care
Our team of Certified Nurse Midwives, nurses and medical assistants are here to serve you. We attend births at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital.The birth facilities at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital, Women’s Care include private labor and delivery suites with birthing balls and comfortable accommodations for family, and birthing center rooms which include a large tub and additional labor support tools, C-section suites and a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) with an additional high risk unit with specialized care, as well as the postpartum rooms with 24-hour lactation support and specialists, including a birth designer and a state-of-the-art security system.
