You've heard — and probably have seen videos — of goat yoga, right? Well, for a special Easter celebration, enjoy the fun yoga time with Goat Yoga Nashville during Goat & Bunny Yoga on Saturday, April 27 from 10 – 11 a.m. Tickets are $20 each online.
Enjoy the beautiful spring scenery and relax with a Goat Yoga class. You can even take pictures with the famous goats. They've been featured on the CMA’s, CMT, Pickler & Ben, Trisha’s Southern Cooking & HGTV's Property Brothers … just to name a few. Now, they have bunnies!
All ages are welcome to enjoy yoga with the bunnies. However, Goat Yoga may not be suitable for smaller children or children younger than 8. They can still attend and participate, but the adults responsible for the children are required to supervise and watch them at all times. All guests participate at their own risk and must sign a liability waiver before participating.
There are a limited number of yoga mats available at the farm, so please bring your own if you have one. They are first come, first served — so get there early to secure one. You may also want to bring your own water, towel, bug spray, sunscreen or anything else you may think you need. The class is held outside in a grassy area. But, in some weather condition, an enclosed event tent will be put up. Dress accordingly and adjust to your own comfort level when you arrive. NOTE: The goats' hooves may be sharp at times so T-shirts are recommened.
Goat Yoga is located at 9837 Split Log Road, Brentwood. Call 615-776-2932 or visit goatyoganashville.com to learn more.
