Local husband and wife team Joseph Bogan and Crystal De Luna-Bogan, a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef, turn the traditional sandwich into and exploration of flavors with a fine dining flair with their food truck, The Grilled Cheeserie. This Nashville favorite turned brick & mortar restaurant is ready to satisfy your cravings. The Nashville location recently opened and they now have a brick-and-mortar location set to open Wednesday, June 26 in Franklin at 334 Main St. Just like the popular food truck that started it all, it serves up the same gourmet grilled cheese melts and nostalgic treats boasting seasonally inspired, responsibly sourced ingredients.
They also have a Milkshake Bar! What a way to sweeten your lunch or dinner and cool off from the summer heat! Get your hand scooped, locally spun ice cream blended with local milk and topped with lightly sweetened whipped cream at your next visit! Maybe even try an old fashioned float.
