Seems like every city has their own balloon glow. So, why not Murfreesboro? Well, pack up the kids (and get your tickets in advance) for the inaugural Murfreesboro Hot Air Balloon Festival. The festival takes place Saturday, June 24 from 5 – 9 p.m. in the historic Oaklands Park. There will also be a kids zone, VIP area, craft beer tent, live music. All the fun happens before the balloon glow at dusk.
