Now is not the time to procrastinate if your child want’s to get in on the esteemed FC Barcelona soccer camp returning to Nashville. FC Barcelona, the distinguished and decorated soccer club from Spain brings its soccer camp back to Ensworth High School June 25 – 29, and there are only a handful of spots still available.
Camp Details
The camp is for boys and girls ages 6 – 18. Campers receive first-class training from official FCB coaching staff from Barcelona and elsewhere in Spain. The coaches deliver the same methodology used by Lionel Messi and the FCB First Team.
Campers will learn advanced concepts of play like team ball control, finding a better positioned teammate, off the ball movement and space creation. The camp stresses positive values while creating a positive environment for players, families and the public.
Each participant will learn how to play “the Barca way,” enveloping instruction on game tempo and tactical positioning on the field. In addition, there will be emphasis on Barcelona club’s core values of “respect, effort, ambition, teamwork and modesty.”
Barcelona coaches will provide the instruction, and each day will focus on different techniques. Kids will learn the same methodology as players like Messi, Iniesta, Xavi and Pique.
Kids will play matches each day, and they have a chance to win an autographed FCB jersey by Messi, Suarez, Iniesta and the rest of the FCB First Team. In addition, coaches will select top camp players to join the 2018/19 FCB Camp All-Star Team. Kids chosen for the all-star team will travel to Spain to play in the world’s toughest youth competition, The MIC.
