Kids have something new to do at Adventure Science Center with the recent unveiling of the Imagination Playground! The sixth of its kind in the United State, the Imagination Playground features a giant collection of giant blue foam pieces to encourage imagination and building fun.
Architect David Rockwell is the designer of the playground His goal is to encourage kids to enjoy free-form play without structure.
“We’re thrilled to bring this new experience to our visitors where they can use their imagination to come up with endless possibilities for fun while exploring engineering fundamentals,” says Tina Brown, interim CEO. “We encourage learning through play at Adventure Science Center, and that’s exactly what the Imagination Playground will help our visitors do,” she adds.
