There’s plenty of support available for parents concerned about their baby’s development. The MTSU Home & Community-Based Early Intervention (HCBEI) program provides early intervention for ages birth to 3 years who’ve been diagnosed with a developmental delay or disability. Parents must qualify for services under the Individuals with Disabilities Act to participate in the free program.
