The featured exhibit will be an additional charge of $3/person. All ages are welcome.

“From Here to There” Featured Exhibit

MTE sponsors “From Here to There,” a hands-on, interactive exhibit currently on display at the SOACΒ through Sept. 3.

Children can explore the exciting world of movement on land, sea and air through exhibit stations including a hovercraft chair, an interactive canal lock system, pneumatic air tubes, pulleys, levers and hydraulics. The “From Here to There” exhibit and a 40-minute climb time are included with SOAC admission.

The SOAC is part of the Smyrna Parks and Recreation Department and is located at 100 Sam Ridley Parkway E. in Smyrna. Programmers specialize in developing and presenting a variety of environmental education, recreational and outreach programs for all ages.Β

The SOAC is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m. SOAC admission is $7 per adult (ages 13-54), $4 (ages 55+) and $5 per child (ages 2 – 12); children younger than 2 are free.
