It's always a great thing to support local businesses and stimulating our local economy, and how you have an additional opportunity to both with the opening of the new Made In TN store in Nashville.
Made In TN is a Nashville-based retailer supporting local artisans and their products by stocking products solely from small businesses based in Tennessee. If the Made In TN name sounds familiar to you, it's because they've had a location in the Factory at Franklin for a little more than two years, and that location will remain open.
The brand-new spot is in the wonderfully repurposed L&L Market located at 3820 Charlotte Ave., Nashville. A grand opening celebration takes place Saturday, Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Made In TN has all sorts of items, including home decor, jewelry and other gifts specifically curated from local favorites like Nashville Jam Company, Olive & Sinclair Chocolate, Music City Suds, Sweet Tea Candle Company and more. They've got a fun array of baby gifts, too.
“We are really looking forward to opening a second location that is even more convenient to our Nashville customers and look forward to further supporting the small businesses and local makers that really make Tennessee such a unique and creative place,” says Ilex Pounders, owner of Made in TN. “The L&L Marketplace has so much history in its walls, and now there are going to be several amazing shops under one roof there and we couldn’t be more excited to be part of the mix.”
