Your child’s education is one of the most important parenting decisions you’ll make, and Metro’s School Choice Festival can help. If your family lives in Nashville and your child is in public school, you have lots of options with the Metro Nashville Public School system.
DECISIONS, DECISIONS
You can send your child to the school in your neighborhood, but you can also opt to send him to another school in the district. Metro’s School Choice Festival can help you with that important decision. It takes place Tuesday, Jan. 23 from 5 – 7 p.m. at The Fairgrounds (500 Wedgewood Ave.).
The district’s optional schools application opens Wednesday, Jan. 10; deadline is Friday, Feb. 2. The School Choice Festival brings all the schools and their staff together in one place, making it convenient for busy families to talk to their schools of interest at one time. You can talk to teachers, learn about programs and sign up for school tours.
