Experience Tchaikovsky’s classic holiday tale — with a Murfreesboro twist! The Middle Tennessee Sinfonietta’s third annual production of The Nutcracker returns in Murfreesboro at the Siegel High School Theatre on Saturday, December 9 and Sunday, December 10.
Hear the festive musical suite played live by the Middle Tennessee Sinfonietta with dancers from the SoZo Dance Academy. There will be three performances on Saturday, Dec. 9 at 1 and 6 p.m. and on Sunday, Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. The Siegel High School Theatre is located at 3300 Siegel Road, Murfreesboro.

The Middle Tennessee Sinfonietta (MTS) is a volunteer orchestra dedicated to bringing musical and artistic experiences to the Middle Tennessee area. Founded in January 2021 by current Music Director Jeffrey Keever, the mission provides musical and artistic awareness through performance, outreach and collaboration.
