Nashville Ballet’s Online Classes for Kids

Online ballet classes for ages 3 - 18 take place on Zoom from the end of April thru the end of May.

Everything is going virtual these days while we’re social distancing. Nashville Ballet kicks things up a notch during COVID-19 with its brand-new Virtual Training Series for kids ages 3 – 18. There are four age-specific options available:

Virtual Children’s Ballet
Ages 3 – 5
Saturdays, May 2 – 30 | 10 – 10:45 a.m.
$75

From movement-driven stories to an introduction of ballet terminology, children will expand their dance education while learning increased control and coordination.

Virtual Beginner Ballet
Ages 8 – 10 with two years ballet experience
Tuesdays & Thursdays, April 28 – May 28 | 3:30 – 5 p.m.
$150

Students learn basic stance, physicality in turnout, essential vocabulary and movement fundamentals.

Virtual Intermediate Ballet
Ages 11 – 14 with three to five years ballet experience
Mondays & Thursdays, April 27 – May 28 | 5:30 – 7 p.m.
$150

Classes emphasize strength and flexibility, increased physicality, more complex movement patterns, a more expansive vocabulary and mastering fundamentals.

Virtual Advanced Ballet
Ages 14 – 18 with five – eight years ballet experience
Mon/Wed/Fri, April 27 –  May 29 | 5 – 6:30 p.m.
$225

Students solidify foundational vocabulary, strength and flexibility, increased physicality, more complex movement patterns and increase awareness of presentation and artistic sensibility.
