Nashville Holiday Music Special Lineup

The star-studded program, benefiting Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, will premiere Saturday, Dec. 3.

The Nashville Holiday Music Special has announced the entertainment lineup for its 2022 program, which will premiere on Saturday, Dec. 3 on WKRN News 2.

The special will benefit Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and share inspiring stories of hope from within the hospital.

This year’s one-hour broadcast will feature performances from:

  • Debbie Gibson
  • Fisk Jubilee Singers
  • J.D. McPherson & Lucie Silvas
  • Hardrive Dancers
  • Music City Strings
  • Old Crow Medicine Show
  • Pistol Annies
  • Runaway June
  • Kyla Jade
  • Jake Hoot
  • Walker Hayes
  • The War & Treaty.
  • Santa Claus will make a special appearance as well!

Artists will perform from iconic Nashville locations, including the Ryman Auditorium, The Place at Fifth + Broadway, GEODIS Park, Skyway Studios and the Glen Campbell Museum.

Viewers can also expect special holiday messages from Brad Paisley, Tyler Hubbard, Maddie & Tae, Reba McEntire, Kacey Musgraves, The Oak Ridge Boys, Jon Pardi, Keith Urban and Dolly Parton.

The program will be hosted by News 2’s Good Morning Nashville anchors Nikki Burdine, Meaghan Thomas and Neil Orne. Singer, songwriter and music producer Chris Kirkpatrick will join in as the program’s national host. Former Miss Tennessee USA and Miss USA finalist Allee-Sutton Hethcoat will serve as a special correspondent.

Local viewers will be able to watch the program three times on News 2 during the holiday season: Saturday, Dec. 3 at 9 a.m., Friday, Dec. 9 at 12:30 a.m., and Saturday, Dec. 24 at 4 p.m. The Nashville Holiday Music Special will also air nationwide throughout the season by Timeless Syndication.
