Wouldn’t you love to grow a garden but you don’t have the space? You do now! Greenhouse Ministries and GM-NO are teaming up to bring the community together with a vegetable garden in the backyard of the ministry (309 S. Spring St., Murfreesboro).
This community garden will allow any member of the community to help plant and tend to the garden throughout the year and get to take home some of what grows. All supplies are donated by GM-NO, too. The garden will have everything you need to run a successful garden including soil, mulch, education on how to maintain the garden, seedlings. In addition, GM-NO will give demonstrations on how to care for the garden. Greenhouse Ministries is looking for people to help build the garden from scratch and maintain it throughout the year. Construction of the garden begins Thursday, April 20 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Be a Part of It.
