New Look, New Season at Nashville Children’s Theatre

Lots of fun new additions on the horizon at the oldest professional children's theater in the country!

Nashville Children’s Theatre (NCT) moves into the future with a new look. Marking its most dramatic visual identity change since 1986, NCT unveils a new logo and a new brand.

NEW LOOK

The logo incorporates an updated version of NCT’s iconic dragon. Hidden within the dragon’s curves is a capital “N” for Nashville. The new logo is meant to portray historical impact, forward momentum and the future of the organization. Along with the new design comes with the announcement of the 2018 – 19 season that includes six shows new to the NCT stage.

“Our new logo better communicates what NCT stands for today,” says Ernie Nolan, NCT’s executive artistic director. “It provides us with an updated view of our new vision — that reflects our heritage —but allows us to emphasize our efforts to build a stronger future and achieve organizational growth through programming, serving the entire community and increasing diverse offerings for a vibrant Music City, as well as the world,” he adds.
