Where Every Family Matters

New Music Together Classes

The popular music-and-moment program for parents and tots launches a new class in Nashville with a trial class on Jan. 11.

You can have fun rocking, rolling and bonding with your baby and tots at the new Music Together class in West Nashville starting Wednesday, Jan. 11.

Presented by In Harmony Music of Middle Tennessee, you can take a free trial session at Blakemore United Methodist Church. Music Together classes incorporate music, movement and instrument play for parents and their little ones ages 6 weeks – 5 years. It’s a fun way to help Baby socialize and a great way for you to make friends with other moms and dads.

Choose your free introductory session at 9 or 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 11, and you’ll need to register in advance at the website.

Ongoing class offerings include the Babies Class (0 – 8 months) on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. and the Supportive Family Class (3 – 6 years) on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m.

Tuition is $210 per 10-week session, which includes the weekly 45-minute class, a music book, CD, weekly e-newsletter and access to the β€œFamily Music Zone” on the website.
