During winter break, take the kids down to The Fairgrounds to experience art and creative technology in new forms via Otherworld Encounter.
It takes place Dec. 28 – Jan. 13 in the Vaughan Building. Art, science and fantasy join forces in this interactive adventure that integrates a science fiction escape game created and powered by Nashville visual artists.
The experience features modern technologies like virtual reality, augmented reality, holograms and projection mapping. It all merges with artistic content to provide a unique family-fun experience.
Otherworld Encounter hours are Sun – Thu 10 a.m. – 10 p.m., Fri – Sat 10 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Admission is $25 adults, $16 children.
