Yee haw, y’all! Join hundreds of others when the Franklin Rodeo Parade (Saturday) and Free Family Night (Wednesday) lead up to the Franklin Rodeo weekend (May 16 – 18). The parade fun happens Saturday, May 11 in downtown Franklin at noon. The rain-or-shine event includes floats, vehicles, horses, civic organizations, school groups and more. Grab some friends and the kids to line Main Street in Franklin for the festive fun. Free Family Night happens Wednesday, May 15 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Family Night Fun
Free Family Night takes place on Wednesday, May 15 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. This kick-off party includes pony rides and a mechanical bull (ticket purchases required). In addition, roping, bouncy bull riding and a live petting zoo are all free. Games to Go will provide activities like giant Jenga, mini golf and more. Food and treats (for purchase) will be available from Blue Monkey Shaved Ice and Hinnie’s BBQ.
