Making Christmas magical can be tough for low-income families. However, the Riverdale Baptist Church’s (RBC) annual Christmas Toy Store is here to help on Saturday, Dec. 10 from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Parents/guardians of low-income families in Rutherford County can register by Wednesday, Nov. 30 to be able to visit the toy store and select toys for their children free of charge. You can register the day of, but shopping for preregistered participants begins at 8 a.m., while day-of registrants begin at 10 a.m. You must provide identification such as picture ID, proof of Rutherford County residence for each adult (utility bill, rent receipt, hotel receipt etc.), parent/guardian’s social security card or something with the information on it, names and ID for each child showing name and age (birth certificate, report card, etc.).
RBC is located at 307 Warrior Drive, Murfreesboro. Church office hours are Mon – Thu 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
