Looking for a way to relax? Salted Peace is now open in Spring Hill. The facility offers salt rooms for all! Kids will love getting the same benefits of Mom and Dad while playing with toy trucks, slides and more. There's even a projector for their entertainment, too. The kid/family therapy rooms can be used for 45 minutes, so don't be afraid to jump into the salt with 'em! Cost for this room is $25 for one child/adult pair, $5 each additional child or adult. Private salt rooms feature custom-made lighted Himalayan Salt Panels and sconces in a room where you can break away from it all for 30 minutes by yourself or with a friend. Cost is $20 per person. Social salt rooms have several chairs to lounge in while you relax in a dimly lit room with walls made of sea salt. Choose from Adirondack chairs, Patio Spring Chairs and Zero Gravity Chairs to fit your individual comfort. There's also about 4,000 pounds of salt on the ground, too. To help you breathe it all in, the facility utilizes a salt generator to crush salt that is then released into the air. You can enjoy the gentle sounds of waves crashing on the beach, or you can ask for a Frequency Infused Music speaker with headphones to tune everyone out. While you're there, check out the infrared sauna, massage chairs with salt domes to rest your feet as well as vibrational frequency tables for sound therapy.
