Here's a wonderful feel-good story for the week that's chock full of holiday spirit!
Santa Claus took his sleigh for an early spin a few days ago on a special quest to visit the NICU babies at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital.
We have learned that after a thorough discussion with the Nashville-based elves (otherwise known as nurses) who invited him, Santa was thrilled to learn that ALL of the NICU babies made the "nice" list!
The jolly elf toured the NICU, admired each baby's Christmas hat (handmade by the nurses), and we're told he departed with a warm, fuzzy feeling that no amount of eggnog can compete with!
The folks at Ascension Saint Thomas tell us that they've received notice from the North Pole that Santa is safely back home and gearing up for his big night out on Christmas Eve.
