Where Every Family Matters

“Secret Keeper Girl” for Moms & Girls

This high-energy Christian event for tween girls and their moms aims to bring families together with trust.

It’s completely normal for girls to become boy-crazy and obsessed with their looks in today’s culture, and with all the inherent risks that boy/girl relationships bring, many moms need tools to help their daughters navigate safely. Enter Dannah Gresh’s Secret Keeper Girl Crazy Hair Tour, taking place tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 30 at the Church of the City, 828 Murfreesboro Road in Franklin from 2:30 – 5 p.m. Designed for tween girls ages 8 – 12 and their moms — and billed as their “craziest show ever!,” the Secret Keeper Girl Crazy Hair Tour is an outgrowth of Dannah Gresh’s Christian organization — Pure Freedom and show series for mothers and daughters. Gresh has written numerous books including Six Ways to Keep the Little in Your Girl and Six Ways to Keep the Good in Your Boy and others.
The Crazy Hair Tour is about expanding mother/daughter trust while promoting modesty in teen girls. The high-energy event aims to allow moms and daughters to connect in ways they never have before. Gresh’s program includes pre-show activities followed by the program covering various topics in addition to a “positive image fashion show.” The show contains a strong Christian element with Bible verses infusing the whole event.
Get General Admission for tomorrow’s show for $20. Learn more at secretkeepergirl.com.
