Where Every Family Matters

SkyLand Ranch Apple Harvest Festival Now Open

Nestled atop a 100‑acre mountaintop farm in Sevierville, SkyLand Ranch is a magical fall playground with scenic chairlift rides, miniature animals, rides like the longest mountain coaster in the Southeast, and now open: the Apple Harvest Festival.

Looking for a fall adventure your whole family will love? The Great Smoky Mountains National Park isn’t just the most visited national park in the U.S. — it’s the ultimate fall escape for families craving fresh air, stunning views, and nonstop fun. The Smokies are packed with hidden gems, from charming mountain towns to new attractions. And our latest discovery? SkyLand Ranch. The $40 million destination that opened in 2022 has quickly made a name for itself by providing a perfect blend of farm fun with western-themed attractions. Located at 1620 Parkway, Sevierville, it’s situated right across from Tanger Outlets and next door to Five Oaks Farm Kitchen.

The atmosphere at SkyLand Ranch is family friendly and includes:

  • A Scenic Chairlift to the top

  • The Wild Stallion Mountain Coaster

  • Live entertainment & festivals, seasonal celebrations

  • Safari Hayride

  • “SkyLand Shootout” BB Gun Shooting Range

  • Miniature farm animals like cows and donkeys

  • “Legacy Lookout” – A wide, scenic walkway suspended bridge

  • Canopy walks

  • Buckaroo Play Barn for kids

  • Food Barn & Trucks

  • Bakery & Candy Shop

  • A variety of shops including a Christmas shop & Toy Store

  • Event Center including Line Dancing Friday and Saturday nights

To get to the ranch, you hop on a scenic chair lift to the top (or, you can take their shuttle). From there you can explore everything from the longest mountain coaster in the Southeast to animal encounters, hayrides, live music, a playground, gem mining, corn hole, and even a swing tower with sweeping views. Plus, there’s no shortage of delicious food and drinks to keep everyone fueled up.
