Where Every Family Matters

Smoky Mountain Summer Celebration at Dollywood

The summer fun continues at Dollywood — check out what's waiting for your family.

Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Summer Celebration presented by Food City (now through August 15) is where you can enjoy
the brand-new Dolly Parton Experience and the Sweet Summer Nights Dance Party and Drone Show. As the sun sets each evening, Wildwood Grove transforms with a DJ and dancers inviting visitors to be a part of the action. When the drones launch, the party is in the sky with 3D illuminated animations and an accompanying soundtrack.

The “Gazillion Bubble Show,” at the Celebrity Theater, is a one-of-a-kind spectacular that all ages can love. Enjoy bubbles of all shapes, sizes and colors, and a fantasy segment paying homage to Dolly and her Smoky Mountain history.
The Pines Theater is home to two new shows: The Perondi’s Stunt Dog Experience (now through July 13) and Phat Cat Swinger (begins July 15). The Perondi’s Stunt Dog Experience highlights the many talents of rescue and shelter dogs from across the country. Phat Cat Swinger performs original and re-imagined songs.

The Dolly Parton Experience

Dollywood’s newest attraction, The Dolly Parton Experience, is now open. The area features interactive elements detailing Dolly as she journeyed from Locust Ridge to stages all across the world. In Songteller, guests explore Dolly’s life in lyrics, tracing her roots from Sevier County to the bus she boarded to Nashville the day after her high school graduation. At Behind the Seams, see a curated selection of Dolly’s style though the years and learn about her team’s creative process. Dolly’s family and friends will continue to perform at Dreamsong, while discovering Dolly’s faith, and more in the Precious
Memories exhibit.

There’s lots to see and do at Dollywood during the summer! For more information, visit dollywood.com or download the Dollywood app.
