The Youth Performance Training program for ages 7 – 12 teaches the foundation of performance training as well as the principles of weight lifting and terminology. You can do either one-on-one training or even team training. Youth training emphasizes techniques and form, as well as understanding the muscle groups. Speed and agility training focuses on safely developing explosive power, core stability and injury prevention. They have also partnered with Patterson Park in Murfreesboro to help out the youth there as well.

The Lil Sluggers Baseball & Softball program for ages 2 – 8 develops your child’s throwing, fielding, hitting and base running skills. The HoopStart Basketball program for ages 3 – 8 teaches kids dribbling and shooting while emphasizing motor skill development. The LPG Multisport program for ages 20 months – 6 years is a combination of the most popular activities of each of the other programs and introduces beginner athletes to the fundamentals of baseball, soccer and football. There are three sports training classes: Accelerate Class (ages 6 – 9), Elevate Class (ages 10 – 14) and Dominate Class (ages 15 and older). The training they offer includes speed and agility, strength training, sports nutrition, baseball throwing program and there’s also indoor batting cages. Sessions are offered in two-, three- or four-day options, too.
