Main Street Murfreesboro announced that the trick-or-treating festivities will kick off at 3 p.m. on Thursday, October 31, and conclude around 5 p.m. Local businesses on the square are preparing to welcome a parade of ghosts, goblins, princesses and other creative costumes with plenty of candy on hand.

Shacklett’s Photography (across from the courthouse) will open early to feature their annual Pumpkin Patch, a photo-perfect display during the downtown trick-or-treat event.

Join the community from 3 to 5 p.m. and enjoy trick-or-treating with locally-owned small businesses in a fun and safe environment.
