Veterans Receive Free Admission to Nashville Zoo for Military Appreciation Day

Military Appreciation Day honors active and retired military members for sacrifices made in service to our country.

Active military personnel, military veterans, and their immediate families are invited to enjoy free admission to Nashville Zoo on Military Appreciation Day, presented by Regions Bank Sunday, November 7

Military personnel and immediate family members will receive free admission during the Zoo’s normal operational hours from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Please note the normal parking fee will still apply. Those taking advantage of complimentary admission do not need to reserve tickets in advance. They simply need to show their military ID, veteran organization ID, discharge papers or other official military identification at the Zoo's ticket counter to be given free admission.

Along with an annual free day, Nashville Zoo offers a 47-50% discount on daytime admission (depending on the day of visit) for military personnel and everyone in their party when they present their military ID and a $20 discount on membership.
